My hedonistic lifestyle
I do not believe that we have come to the planet to suffer or to exalt pain as a form of atonement.I think we could pass it psychologically better, if we follow some precepts to please ourselves without feeling guilty. It is a matter of having an open attitude to the possibilities that life offers us, taking them and making them ours, expropriating them.To begin to modify certain unhealthy habits that promote suffering and stress, we must develop behaviors aimed at creating and strengthening new reinforcers, breaking self-perpetuation and creating a less negative motivational environment; get out of the niche and enjoy yourself. The intelligent hedonistic lifestyle, where healthy pleasure is included as a vital aspect of the everyday, creates psychological immunity. The defenses are increased, the endorphins are activated, the skin improves, the hair shines more, the gastritis bothers less, the humor becomes "good mood", the sex is exacerbated more and the look becomes vaster and deeper.Every day in the morning, when we open our eyes and see the immensity of the day that awaits us, let us not be left with the gloomy prognosis of the anticipated bitterness. It is better to make a pact with the right side of the heart, stimulate the tachycardia a little, and say: Today I will try to take advantage of every pleasant minute, I will taste it with the greed of the one who devours the last sip of joy, today I am going to lie shamelessly in the good and not in the bad. That is HEDONISM, that's my lifestyle.
